I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1994 from the University of Idaho and then my Master of Arts in Counseling at Western Seminary Seattle in 1999. Soon after, I opened my private practice here in Redmond, WA. I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (License # LH00007823) as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am a member of the WA Mental Health Counseling Association and American Counseling Association.
I love sharing with groups—whether it’s a cozy tea, a weekend retreat, or a leadership training. I speak across the world, especially to women in their 20s and 30s, on the topics that matter most: relationships, faith, identity, and the messy, beautiful journey of healing.
I also offer talks for mixed groups on how mental health shapes our lives and relationships. My passion is helping people move from pain to healing—through honest stories, shared laughter, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after the event ends.
